If you have taken your DNA Test with Silverberry, depends on the time of the test, your DNA file might not include the genetic information we need to produce the report. Please contact support for the next steps. Please include your Kit ID and send the request from the email you have used to create your silverberry Account.
If you have uploaded an existing DNA file that you obtained from other service providers (such as 23andMe, AncestryDNA, FamilyTreeDNA), etc.), you will need to re-take the test with Silverberry to include the information needed.
