I ordered additional reports however they are not shown and I still can't see the results.

If you have ordered the rest of packages and you still see sample reports,  try to refresh your page. Usually a hard refresh helps. 

 To do a hard refresh, if you are on PC, press CTRL+F5, on Mac, press Command and R at the same time.
