Not exactly.
First, you should review your diet before taking supplements. If your diet is meeting your needs, it would not be wise to take any supplements. If your diet is meeting some of your needs, you should only take supplements containing the nutrients you struggle to get from your diet.
Second, not all nutrients are available in supplement form. For example, vitamin A (retinol) can be extremely toxic and is not usually available in OTC supplements. If you sort the product list by “Most Traits Covered” the first supplement listed will provide the most comprehensive coverage of your micronutrient deficiency risks — but some nutrients may be missing.
