I ordered my reports but they were not sent to me. When can I expect my reports to arrive?

If you have your DNA file, processing of reports is almost instant. As soon as you order a new package, we run the algorithms that produce the assessments, your report page becomes unlocked and you can see the reports. You will also receive an email notification which includes all the packages that are available under your account. 

If you haven't received your reports, most likely you don't have a DNA file available. There are two options:

• You can either upload your DNA file (if you have taken your test with other service providers),
• Order a Silverberry DNA Kit.

If you have already ordered your kit and results are not ready yet, you will be notified via email when we received the file from lab.

If you have ordered your kit, it is perfect timing to review some Sample Reports and familiarize yourself with traits and their descriptions!
