How can I order kits or reports for my parents or family members?

Silverberry allows anyone with an account to create profiles for family members, such as your siblings, parents, children cousines, etc. 

By adding a Profile to your existing account, you can order DNA kit or reports for each of them. You may also upload existing DNA files  for your profiles and view their results.

If you order a DNA kit for your  family members, you must present the Green Release Form to them and obtain their consent before mailing the samples to lab.

Your family members must be 13 years of age or older in order to create a profile for them.

Profiles is also used by Health-Care Providers to create profiles for their clients, review their results and consult them on their fitness plans.
