How can I delete a profile under my account?

A profile can not be deleted but it can be exported to an account with a valid email address. If a profile has no DNA file uploaded or product assigned, you can simply edit its name for a new profile. 

If you have already updated the profile with a DNA file uploaded, kit activated or product assigned, make sure profile has a valid email address and export it to an account. From there you have the option to Delete the account if you don't need it anymore.
