I sent my samples a couple of weeks ago, when my results will be ready?

If you are taking your DNA test with Silverberry, it takes 4-8 weeks (average 4 weeks) to produce your results from the time we receive your samples at lab. 

Note that you must activate your kit online prior to sending it to the lab, otherwise your sample will not be processed until you activate your kit.

If you would like to receive an expected date for your results, we need your Full Name, email on Silverberry account and your Kit ID.

You receive an email notification when your results are ready to review them online.

If you already have a DNA file with us and purchase a DNA Reports package, your results produces immediately and you receive an email confirmation to review your reports.
