A Percentile Score shows the percentage of people who have a lower predisposition risk (likelihood) than you for that trait. If your percentile score is 60 and the trait is a risky trait such as Vitamin C deficiency, it means "You have a higher genetic predisposition risk for Vitamin C deficiency than 60% of the general population."
If it's 5% and the trait is a positive trait such as Leadership you can say either "Your genetic predisposition advantage for leadership falls in the lowest 5%" or say "Your leadership advantage score is lower than 95% of the population". This is just a general piece of info.
